Payment & Refund

Payments for Knitting Maplegrove services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on maplegrove.world.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from visit@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Ireland norms.
• Hours for payment questions at Knitting Maplegrove: Tue–Sat 10:00–18:00. Site reference this site, desk 164 Father Mathew Quay.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact visit@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Cork unless otherwise stated.

Optional knitting upgrades are listed separately before you commit with knitting tools staged only after the brief is agreed. We keep knitting notes separate from unrelated service tracks
